We consider you to be fellow members of a team working together for common goals, and we share many marketing activities with our team mates throughout the year. We are long-time supporters of Association of Realtors events, and offer several complimentary educational seminars for real estate professionals throughout the year, including “Closings 101”, “Tax Deferred Exchanges” and “Why Title Insurance Matters”.

For BUYERS AND BORROWERS: We know that closings and other real estate-related matters can be confusing and stressful, so we strive to provide you prompt, informative, personal service in a courteous, convenient  and non-threatening atmosphere. For most purchase transactions, we provide a courtesy review of your purchase and sales agreement, a complimentary Declaration of Homestead, where applicable, and discounts on title insurance premiums for first time home buyers. We are available to advise Buyers as to  Zoning and Subdivision issues and as to the most advantageous way to take title to either residential or commercial property – whether in individual names or in a corporation, partnership, trust,  Limited Liability Company, or other form, and to prepare any necessary documentation.

For SELLERS: We are careful to fully inform you of your important obligations in the closings process and to alert you sufficiently in advance of any issues you may need to address in order to avoid delays. We are available to assist Sellers with the preparation of documents such as Deeds and Releases of Estate Tax Liens and with any work necessary to clear title for closing, such as obtaining releases of mortgage and other liens, obtaining Probate Court licenses to convey, and resolving title problems that might otherwise delay or cause cancellation of a sale.
